Who's behind all this?

I'm Fred — a small business owner from Turnersville. I've run Miles Auto Service for 26 years, and for the last five years I've also owned a retail pet supply store. Two very different businesses, same daily grind — and I've spent the last year building AI tools and workflows that actually work for local businesses like ours.
